Sapphire Advisory is consulting, rewritten for AI-native times: the rigour of forward-deployed engineering — the discipline that ships working systems inside real operations — applied through advisory, across a portfolio of clients rather than one embedded seat. The method is a loop, run one workflow at a time: audit, then evals, then deployment.

Nick Pinidiya is an ex-McKinsey strategist, Oxford-trained, guest faculty at AGSM (UNSW), founder of Sapphire Advisory, and co-founder of qubit. He teaches AI and the energy transition to executives and advises organisations on both.

Real bio

I left consulting because I would rather build the thing than write the deck about it. These days I direct agent swarms that ship real products — a slide studio, a climate intelligence skill, a legal research bench — and I teach MBAs how energy and AI actually work. The consulting training still shows: storyline first, evidence traced, nothing ships unreviewed.
