qubit

An AI-readiness studio that runs on its own agents.

qubit is an AI-readiness studio — the partnership of Sapphire Advisory and Ikigai AI Ventures, based in Sydney. Two ex-McKinsey operators who build and run agentic systems every day, giving executives and teams a precise read on where they actually stand on AI.

The offerings are deliberately hands-on. Small-group executive sessions where you build your own chief-of-staff agent on your real workload — your actual inbox, calendar, and tools, not a sandbox demo. Diagnostics that give an organisation an honest read on its AI readiness. And fusion, the pipeline that turns a real brief into a board-grade PowerPoint.

The credibility mechanism is dogfooding. The site's concierge is a live agent that qualifies leads and books sessions; fusion builds the studio's own client decks; the back office runs on the same chief-of-staff pattern the workshop teaches. Nothing gets recommended that we don't run in production ourselves.

The first Build Your Own Chief of Staff workshop ran in July 2026 — the teaching side of it is in the classroom.
